Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Aurora tags attached to ensure the garment remains in pristine condition during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
